By using nmhorizon.in and purchasing a pass, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy a pass.

• Provide accurate information when creating an account and ordering.
• Keep your password confidential. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Carry valid student or government ID to the venue; entry may be verified.

• Reselling or transferring passes above face value.
• Abusing promo codes, including creating multiple accounts to reuse a single-use code.
• Attempting to disrupt the website, reverse the payment flow, or access admin functions.

Violation may result in cancelled passes without refund and being barred from the venue.

The NM Horizon name and logo, DY Patil RAIT marks, and the Student Union Council marks are the property of their respective owners. Performer, event, and gallery imagery are used with permission. You may not reuse any of it without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NM Horizon and DY Patil RAIT are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or attendance at the festival. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for your pass.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
