The Student Union Council of RAIT is committed to ensuring that our event ticketing platform is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
We believe that every student and attendee should have equal access to information about our events and the ability to purchase passes without barriers.

Our accessibility efforts include:
> Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
> Keyboard navigable interface elements
> Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text readability
> Alt text for meaningful images
> Focus indicators for interactive elements
> Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
// KNOWN LIMITATIONS
We acknowledge the following known accessibility limitations of our platform:
> The 8-bit pixel font (“Press Start 2P”) used for display headings may be difficult to read for users with visual impairments or dyslexia. Body text uses a more legible monospace font (“VT323”).
> Some decorative animations (glitch effects, scanlines) may cause discomfort for users with vestibular or seizure disorders. We respect the “prefers-reduced-motion” system setting where implemented.
> Third-party embedded content (Razorpay payment modal) may have its own accessibility limitations outside our control.
