Refund & Cancellation Policy

All passes are non-refundable once issued, except where an event is cancelled by the organizers. This is stated clearly before purchase.

If NM Horizon or a specific ticketed event is cancelled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund within 7 working days to the original payment method, in line with RBI and MCA consumer-protection guidance.

Promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and carry no residual value. If a pass purchased with a promo is refunded, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid.

For any dispute, write to us with your order ID. We aim to resolve disputes within 7 working days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
