How we use your data

Your email
We use your email as the single address for everything important — your order confirmation, your ticket, password resets, and any broadcast the organizers need to send. We won’t sell it and we won’t spam it.
Your phone number
We collect your phone number to contact you about your passes and schedule changes — for example if a set time moves or your entry needs verification at the gate.
Where you’re coming from
We collect your location (just the city) when you buy a pass, so we can understand where our attendees travel from and plan transport and capacity better for future editions.
Promo codes
If you use a promo code, we record which code and how many times it’s been used — purely to honour the discount and stop abuse. Codes are never tied to anything beyond your order.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data to anyone.
- We don’t run third-party ad tracking on your account.
- We don’t share your details with sponsors or external partners without your action.
Want it gone?
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data anytime by emailing us. We’ll remove what we’re not legally required to keep.
